- Raw materials:
- Eggs Shells
- Formula A&B
- Caustic Soda
- P.K.O.
- Colorant
- Perfume/Sodium Silicate.
Production process.
- Measure 30%of Egg Shells or Formula A& add to, 15% measure of caustic soda.Mix properly in order to obtain solution.
- Add 15% of Palm Kernel to oil to solution above.
- Mix pro ply with 10% meas. Of Soda ash.
- Add 20% measure Of Formula B on alternative to Egg Shell.
- Add 10% meas. Of Sodium Silicate.
- Mix propyl to obtain granite texture.
- Add colorant blue dye and perfume give it taste.
- The product is allow to dry & ready for package.
